Our SUP and Yoga class is the perfect combo for everyone that loves yoga and the water. We start with a relaxing social paddle then loosen up your muscles and calm your mind with a SUP Yoga class Once you’re on the water, you’ll discover that the SUP boards are quite stable and a lot of fun!
